• To initiate a return, email returns@credntl.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for your return shipment.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
